Chairman's Message


Hello and welcome to Contessa Condominium

Contessa Condominium is a well managed, low density condominium located at Nos. 8 & 10 Jalan Kapas, Bukit Bandaraya, Bangsar. It is ideally located In Bangsar, just minutes away from restaurants, shopping malls, business and commercial centers in Bangsar and Damansara. It is also close to other useful amenities like hospitals, schools and recreational facilities including golf courses. Within the grounds of Contessa is a most tranquil environment with modest, well maintained facilities and glorious views. Contessa has 54 residential units with a good mix of Malaysian and expatriate residents.

The Contessa Management Council (CMC) is committed to the following:

  1. keeping Contessa a well maintained building with gradual improvement in facilities and features;

  1. providing good security and a clean and harmonious living environment for residents;

  1. managing the finances with due regard to transparency and good governance; and
  1. enhancing the value of the property.

We are fortunate to have a very dedicated and professional Management Office and high quality service providers who ensure safe, healthy and harmonious living conditions for Contessa residents

The environment over the next several years would indeed be challenging; (i) the noise and dust pollution and traffic congestion from the new developments taking place beside and opposite Contessa along Jalan Kapas; (ii) the increasing maintenance requirements as the building gets older; and (iii) the rising cost of repairs and service providers.

Feedback is always useful. Residents are encouraged to list complaints and suggestions for improvement in the Resident’s Logbook provided in the Management Office. The CMC will do its best to attend to all complaints and suggestions as appropriate.
